GENERAL INFORMATION

Under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“PDPL”), data subjects (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicant”) who are defined as relevant individuals are granted the right to make certain requests regarding the processing of their personal data under Article 11 of the PDPL. In accordance with the first paragraph of Article 13 of the PDPL, applications regarding these rights to our company, which is the data controller, must be submitted to us in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (“Board”). Therefore, applications to be made to our Company “in writing” can be submitted by taking a printout of this form:
• Personally by the Applicant,
• By notary,
• By the Applicant signing the form with a “secure electronic signature” defined in the Electronic Signature Law No. 5070 and sending it to our Company’s registered electronic mail address.
In this context, information is provided below regarding how written applications will be submitted to us through the specific channels for written applications. Application Method: -Personal Application. (The Applicant personally comes and submits the application with an identity document) “Information Request within the Scope of Personal Data Protection Law” should be written on the envelope. -By notary service. “Information Request within the Scope of Personal Data Protection Law” should be written on the notification envelope. -By signing with a “secure electronic signature” and submitting through Registered Electronic Mail (KEP) to [BİK-KEP-address]. “Information Request within the Scope of Personal Data Protection Law” should be written in the subject of the e-mail. In addition, after the Board announces other methods to be determined, how applications will be accepted through these methods will be announced by our Company.
Your applications submitted to us will be responded to within thirty days from the date we receive your request in accordance with the second paragraph of Article 13 of the PDPL, depending on the nature of the request.
However, if the process requires additional costs, our Company will charge a fee according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Our responses will be sent to you in writing or electronically in accordance with the relevant provision of Article 13 of the PDPL.
